Flange installation: Place the presser flange on the bearing and align it with the bolt holes. Attach the fixing bolts into the holes. When fixing the bolts, make sure misalignment does not occur, which may result in difficulty in fixing the bolts. Bolts cannot be fixed all at once and should be fixed according to the order as shown in the following diagram.
The inner bearing and the outer bearing need to be fixed securely in the axial direction with a pressure plate or housing. If the pressure plate is used, the recommended thickness shall be more than half of the width of the bearing. The dimension of the bearing width shall be of negative tolerance. The width of the pressure plate or housing must be smaller than the width of the bearing. After taking into account the permissible tolerance value setting, the axial dimension of the bearing housing and the pressure plate or housing can be fixed securely. The depth of the bearing housing is recommended to be identical to as or greater than the width of the bearing. If mounting holes are attached to the outer diameter, avoid locking at the mounting holes.
