Q1.  Is MOQ required for my product?
A1.  There is no MOQ requirement and we are able to customize your parts or assembled product especially when it is still at the development stage.

Q2.  What industries is Yuan Jing involved in?
A2.   Yuan Jing has involved itself in a wide range of industries, including but not limited to outdoor heavy equipment, industrial automation, CNC machine tools, renewable energy, military defense, aviation, telecommunication, etc.

Q3.  What capabilities does Yuan Jing have?
A3.   Turning, milling, grinding, drilling, gear hobbing, casting, heat treatment, plating, coating, laser cutting.
 
Q4.  What materials of products can Yuan Jing manufacture?
A4.  Most metal materials can be machined. As some materials are not available in Taiwan we always will recommend alternatives based on major features.

Q5.  What shall I provide for the product I need?
A5.   Please provide the technical drawing with as much detail as possible. Sometimes, a qualified sample is necessary when the product structure is particularly complicated with high precision.

 

Q6.  Can Yuan Jing help me with assembled products?
A6.   We provide one-stop service for all mechanical products. Every single assembling parts is carefully analyzed and calculated in advance, and all technical details involved are correctly managed in order to produce perfect assembled products. Such "integration solution”greatly saves you time and money and it is totally hassle-free.

Q7.  What are the machining ranges Yuan Jing can do and what is the best tolerance that can be achieved?
A7.  Turning:    Ø250~700mm, L300~800mm
       Milling:      X-600~1300mm, Y-400~710mm, Z-550~850mm
       Grinding:   Ø200~1500mm, L150~1600mm
          
       Minimum Tolerance:  0.002mm

Q10. Why is high precision so important to most of mechanical metal parts?

A10. Precision is always a critical factor that determines how accurate and effective the machine or equipment is for it's best performance. Without high precision, some equipment even can't do proper works that the user expects. However, for the parts used in the field of construction or mining machinery, precision is rarely noticed as a hidden facotry that determine the service lives of machines. According to the feedbacks from our customers the service life of the machine was even longer compaing with OEM parts they had used.
