IQC - Incoming Quality Control
The inspectors always check the details once the material arrives. It is critical to ensure that the material comes with correct specifications in right amount according to the drawing and data provided by the customer.
IPQC - In-process Quality Control
When it comes to mass production there is always a first-article inspection conducted by the assigned quality engineer. This is a vital inspection that determines whether the production can carry on and the data is clearly documented and recorded.
During the mass production, the random inspections on a regular basis are carried out to continuously ensure that every article meets the specification and tolerance requiremearents. This is to monitor the processing jobs done by machines or on-site satff are perfectly in consistency. Again, the inspection results are well documented and recorded.
OQC - Outgoing Quality Control
Before shipping, the finished articles are inspected based on the drawing and specifications. Also, the way of packing and realted details are reviewed in advance and carefully checked afterwards.
